Q: How much does it cost to rent your equipment?
A: Rental rates vary based on the type of equipment and the rental duration. We offer competitive pricing and are happy to provide a customized quote tailored to your needs.


Q: Do you deliver and pick up equipment?
A: Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services throughout the Ottawa area and beyond. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.


Q: Is a deposit required to rent equipment?
A: Yes, a refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount depends on the type of equipment and the length of the rental period.


Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We also provide 24/7 emergency service for equipment breakdowns to keep your project on track.


Q: Do you offer training on equipment operation?
A: While we do not provide in-house training, we recommend attending an EWP (Elevating Work Platform) certification class. All renters are required to have valid Working at Heights training when using equipment at elevated heights.


Q: Is the equipment insured?
A: Yes, all of our equipment is fully insured. However, renters must also provide proof of insurance for their own liability protection.


Q: What is your cancellation and rental change policy?
A: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
